Annual “Cops for Cancer” Tour de Rock breakfast will be held Sunday September 27th from 9:00 AM to 11:00 at the Tofino Legion Hall. Riders will be arriving around 9:30 AM, so come out have a pancake breakfast and support these riders.
“Tour de Rock Pancake Breakfast” was held Sunday September 28th at the Tofino Legion. Over $1,300 was raised at the door. The Tofino would like to thank the Riders, everyone that attended, Co-op Staff and a special thanks to the Legion’s Ladies Auxiliary cooking this great meal.

A total of $13,043.80 was raised for the Canadian Cancer Society’s “Tour de Rock”. Tofino Co-op as well as other Vancouver Island Co-ops are supporters of this great cause. Funds were raised by customer donations, barbeque and week long “Cops for Cancer” sale held in August. The Tofino Co-op would like to thank the community & Members for all their support this past year in making fund raising a great success.
Annual “Tour de Rock” breakfast was held on September 29th / 2013. Riders endured some tough weather but arrived on time to a large crowd. The Tofino Co-op would thank Andrew Waddell and his team efforts this year and the Legion Ladies for putting on a great breakfast.

Tofino’s own Andrew Waddell will be riding for “Tour de Rock” this year. Andrew and other Vancouver Island Police Officers will be riding to generate donations for “The Canadian Cancer Society”. To help Andrew and this great cause the Tofino Co-op will be pledging all sales of “plastic shopping bags” from April 21st / 2013 to Tour de Rock’s arrival in Tofino this fall.
